Delivery Information

• UK Mainland Delivery is free for all flower bouquets / bunches, Monday to Saturday
• UK Mainland is categorised as England, Scotland, and Wales.
• Some Islands where a road bridge exists may be classed as Mainland but not all such Islands are included.
• Unfortunately we do not currently ship outside of the UK mainland, Northern Island or Internationally.
• Please contact us if you are unsure and we can check for you. 

Timed Deliveries

You will receive a 1 hour delivery window via email/SMS from our chosen courier (DPD) on the day of delivery. You may request a different time by clicking into the link found in DPD's delivery message or via the DPD app. 

Premium Pre-2pm Delivery Upgrade

Need your flowers to arrive in the first half of the day? Upgrade to our Premium Pre-2pm Delivery Guarantee for complete peace of mind. Simply add this service to your basket alongside your chosen bouquet and we'll prioritise your order for our earliest delivery run via a premium courier service, guaranteeing arrival before 2pm on your chosen date.
